Eats Dali TINAPatties

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Half pack Easy Eats Tinapa fillet, skin off and flaked. 
  • 1 Cup Spring Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Chpped Coriander
  • 1 Small Sweet Potato, boiled and mashed
  • Juice of 1 Lime

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Mix all together
  2. Form into patties and fry away!
  3. Serve with sweet chili sauce
